| Padded Headboard Rises Up To Illuminated Soffit |
The first view of this spectacular master bedroom (left) shows the platform bed siting upon a raised floor platform which is illuminated by string mini bulbs. Above the king pillows is a unique padded headboard which rises up to the illuminated soffit.

Silk Window Treatmentsb besides lifting the T.V., also swivels and can be seen from the sitting area adjacent. Above the console is a custom designed ceiling soffit with hundreds of hanging crystals. The silk window treatments are privacy baloon shades beneath tie back side panels. The wall to wall carpeting displays a three-color fleur-de-lis which Ronald Piper strategically placed not distrubed or hidden by any furniture. The headboard is flanked by bronze mirror which reflects in a subdued manner. Two antique commodes sit in front of the bronze mirror, with elegant accessories adorning the furniture. Facing the bed is a custom designed T.V. lift console. |

Custom Drawers, Storage
Photo #5 shows custom built-in drawers, clothing storage cabinets and remote swivel columns, partially seen in Photo #6.
Lower horizontal half-rounds are drawers which accommodate major storage. All upper horizontal half-rounds are cabinet doors, as are the flat doors Above soffits and lighting illuminate the room when closed, and light the interior of the cabinets when the doors are open.
The left remote swivel column clearly seen in this photo, holds sweaters. The master closet (not seen) houses glass door covered wood built-ins and a cleaning store-type electrically operated carousel. |
French Bregere Chairs
Photo #6 shows the sitting area on the flip side of the bed. Unique accessories carry through the color scheme.
The fleur-de-lis design in the carpeting can more readily be seen in this photograph. French bregere chairs companion upholstered to the print fabric of the curved sofa surround the glass top brass tray cocktail table.
Some of the custom drawers, clothing storage cabinets, and remote swivel columns can be seen in this photograph One column houses sweaters. The other, seen in this photo, holds liquor and glasses to accommodate those sitting in the adjacent seating.
